True Aussie Beef & Lamb

"True Aussie" Beef and Lamb is a premium brand and marketing initiative from Meat & Livestock Australia (MLA) representing high-quality, pasture-raised red meat exported from Australia. Known for being all-natural, lean, and free of artificial additives or hormone growth promotants, it is produced in a pristine environment focusing on sustainability, traceability, and strict animal welfare standards. We’ve been working with them producing video content going back to 2019.

Aussie Beefmates & Lambassadors

There is no question Aussie Beef & Lamb is an incredible product. As such, they have brand amabassadors from all over the world. These beefmates and lambassadors have found unique and inventive new ways to elevate dishes featuring this product. They cover all types of cuisine, from fine dining to barbecue, fast casual and even pasta. So the team decided to get together in Chicago and share tips and tricks they’ve learned with one another. The company was great, but the food may have been even better.

We travelled to Chicago and covered this two day event to capture as much content as possible for Australian Beef & Lamb. We ended up with over 200 videos for our client to use. This included full seminars, cooking demonstrations, highlight reels, recipes and brand ambassador interviews.

True Aussie

This was a massive project that took us all over the US. We got to interview chefs all over the country, as well as see their process and how they went about creating some absolutely incredible dishes. Traveling and filming can be difficult for some teams, but for the Wallaby team it combines two things we love (and this project added a third - food).

The video content from this project was used across multiple outlets. It featured the piece you see here, as well as an individual edit highlighting each chef, and various cutdowns for social media.
