Wilmington Business Development
Wilmington Business Development has one goal: grow the business community and industrial development of the Wilmington area to bring in jobs and investment. They have been resposible for projects with Amazon, GE, MegaCorp, Home Depot, and many other companies. They have worked on projects that have brought hundreds of millions of dollars of investment and tens of thousands of jobs to the area. We’ve been on retainer helping them film their journey since 2024. This has included everything from Annual Meeting videos, brand films, groundbreaking ceremonies and events.

BRAND FILM (2025)
Wilmington Business Development had a very simple and powerful concept for their promotional video. Instead of them talking about themselves, they wanted their clients to talk about who they are and what they do. We filmed with C level executives discussing major economic projects in the Wilmington area. The video was really a client testimonial about what an incredible experience every executive had working with the team at Wilmington Business Development.
The shoot was four days with an additional fifth day for drone footage, and took the production team all over Wilmington. The Wallaby team would film and interview, drone, stills and b-roll for each company we visited. It was like filming an individual promotional video for WBD and each of the clients they featured. It was an incredible opportunity for our whole crew to work on a project that showed why Wilmington is such an incredible place to work and live.
The video premiere to hundreds of people at the WBD annual meeting and is now featured on their website, and has appeared in various forms of content.
